The beginning of my career
The first part of my career came within the scope of aerospace with AIRBUS Defense & Space. First in technical positions, than as the leader of operational teams and finally within a creativity and innovation framework.
The turning point
Attracted by an international and intercultural experience, I took up the responsibility of a multidisciplinary team of 30 in South Korea. A 2 ½ year project with a gain of 25 days on what was scheduled, representing 4M€.
I followed this up with two years in Morocco as a consultant in intercultural management, strategy and communication. In Energy, Tourism, Luxury fields.
Clarification
These three experiences clarified my DNA: human management based on trust, a passion for creativity and innovation.
In order to complete my behavioral skills with increased knowledge in methods and theoretical concepts, I followed two training courses in parallel :
- @Coach&Team for a human coaching approach within companies
- ESSEC Business school for the management and the strategy of innovation and of services.
La transformation et l’ancrage
Today I intervene within public and private structures in order to help them excel.
I am committed to using my international experience and my various skills to serve our territory: Midi-Pyrénées, France, Europe.
However I always keep a curious and strategic lookout on the world around us. It’s an essential vector for opening development.
