We worked on the objectives with you, and we can collectively say that they were perfectly met.

In the course of the creation of our company, my associate and I were confronted with operational issues linked to previous experiences as employees.

The different hats of an entrepreneur are heavy to bear. Even when you are prepared for it, everyday management can be penalizing for the good operation of a company.

Aware of the damage that a bad team cohesion could inflict on the results of our agency, we preferred to anticipate by being supported.

Fabien was an very good guide in our reflection and call into question. The simulation exercises and the individual coaching that he set up allowed us to reintegrate simple and effective communication in our work. Thanks to his intervention we have considerably improved our team cohesion.

Furthermore his pragmatic approach allowed us to re-appropriate our co-director roles that we now actively assume. We face our issues with far more serenity.

The structure Le Multiple has a strong strategic project to develop our workplace.
Fabien coached us over a two day period in this context that is important for each of our structures. With his help we were able to converge on a shared vision of the workplace, our values and our action plans.

With his professional abilities he efficiently built two days of coaching with us that answered our needs (the first day allowed all the teams to share, the second allowed the managers to dig deeper). He also allowed us to head towards autonomy and to impulse new dynamics.

Fabien’s relational qualities were also appreciated; his active listening and his positioning allowed us to share strong ideas and to build together. Without kindness and demand, we wouldn’t have been able to serenely move forward together. We can see benefits several weeks after our work together : the teams are mobilized !
